Thank you for shopping at M's Closet. We want you to have the best shopping experience possible, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, no cigarette smell, no stains and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
2. Initiation of Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- please write the reason for returning item
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.
- In case of a defective or incorrect item received, we will provide a prepaid return label.
4. Refund Process:
- Please contact michelle@msclosetfashion.com (for a store credit)
- We do not cover shipping fee (that's on the customer)
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Provide photos of the item and a brief description of the issue for a prompt resolution.
6. Store Credit:
- we offer you store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
